We trust our jewelries can make your eyes glow, but not everything you purchase will be the right match and sometimes a return can be necessary. Should you want to return or exchange your purchase, please follow the complete guide below.
What is your return policy?
You are entitled to return the items unworn and undamaged within 14 days after you received it. All original packaging and tags must be returned with the product without having been tampered with.
Please note that for hygienic reason, we cannot accept the return of Earrings; moreover, all orders made during Sale are final and can thus no longer be returned.
Please email us at email@example.com (subject line: Return/Exchange + Your Order Number) to request a Return Authorization Number within 5 days of the delivery date. Please specify which product you would like to return/exchange AND the reasons for returning/exchanging. Unfortunately without a Return Authorization Number (RAN), we are unable to accept your return.
The jewelry must be in new, unworn condition with the tag still attached and undamaged. Returns will be rejected if the above condition is not complied. We ask you to please use the original packaging for the return and secure the package.
We work with efficient global courier services that provide mail-tracking facilities, and we suggest you do the same when returning the package back to us. Please note that the package must reach us within the 14-day window for successful return acceptance.
We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during returns.
Are returns free?
To contribute to environmental protection by reducing CO₂ emissions, we have decided not to offer free returns. Customer is responsible for the costs incurred during the return process.
How long does it take for me to receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Inspection of returns usually take 3 business days of the day we receive the parcel, but it might take longer during busy periods.
If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
If the return is rejected, we will notify you of the reasons. The package will be thus returned to you.
What if my return gets lost/damaged in transit?
